I called straighttalk because my phone suddn;y went to roaming, while I was at home. The guy that I got on the phone, was rude, he ignored me calling to him for about two minutes while talking to other employees. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to call back tomorrow, that my problem was with my provider. I asked to talk to his supervisor, he says 'ummm' then I could hear talking again among the coworkers for about 1. five minutes before I was rudely hung up on. I called back, only to get that they were closed. 24 hour support? More like 24 hour abuse call center that offered me NO help and DID not fix my problem.
Someone stole my minutes and I needs them back.
I can not get on TN email Internet and I haven't even used 1gig of data. I'm having trouble every day with your service I might not be refilling my plan nextra mouth.

The customer service here is terrible I can not get an actual person on the line to answer my questions or help me activate my phone. I am going to take the phone back and swap to a different carrier.
I just bought this straight talk galaxy. Getting it activated is the most complicated thing ive had to do in a while. Why cant it be simple like boost? i cant get a real person on the phone. hello i am trying to reach a human and have been unsuccessful which is very very frustrating to the point i'm thinking of canceling my entire families service. i need to speak to someone in person. my phone was deactivated saying i need to pay. we are all one an automatic withdrawal service plan. again i am seriously thinking of canceling my service and would not further recommend tour service as i have done in the past. i have no problem paying what is owed i need to know why it all of a sudden has not been removed from automatic withdraw land rectify the problem. is there a number or extention i can call to speak to a human.

Yes I sent my girls in to buy two cards for there phone. And they were to get 45$ unlimited cards. But they went cheaper and got two 30$ cards, but they will not work with I phones. I own all my I phones. But these cards will not work with them. I've never seen any cards like this I thought minutes were minutes. But anyway they won't exchange these cards for just one forty five Dollor card. That's all I want. Now I have no phone till next month. Is there anything you can do to help me please. My Straight Talk Service was automatically refilled for the 2nd time afterclarifying last month that I did NOT give my permission. It was also refilled two days before my original service end date AGAIN, causing my bank account to be empty, leaving me with no way to servicemy car with a battery so I had mobility.
