I have tried every phone number on websites for Aeroplan and Air Canada. AC refers me to a number that is just automated. All your numbers are automated which is ridiculous. My husband and I have been travelling Air Canada the past few trips and asked about rewards points of which I was directed to Aeroplan. I have questions which your website does not answer so I wanted to talk to a live person before I enrolled. Because of the hassle my feelings for traveling Air Canada and enrolling Aeroplan are pretty diminished. COULD Someone PLEASE CALL ME .
I am trying to set up a new account. I have input the information twice. Each time it tells me that I already have an Aeroplan account (I do not, but I do have a Mileage Plus account with United Airlines). When I put in my Name, Phone number and zip code, it says it doesn't recognize any of it. Of course, because I do not have an account. When I called, the answering service hung up on me because I do not have an account number. Can you please give me one

I need help setting up my four digit pin on my account and when I press star as directed to do so, nothing happens. I have tried it five times.
I called aeroplane technical support and was advised to call client care hotline 1. 800. 361. 5373 regarding my reward points report. That line is super busy. I haven't had a chance to dial in. My deadline to earn points on my past trip is close. I may miss the time to accumulate two international trips.
