Hi I had bought a tempo watch at american swiss alberton. After a few months the hands fell off and I had misplaced my slip. When I found the slip it was about a month before the warrenty was over, but we took the watch in for repairs. My daughter fetched the watch and a week later the hands fell off again, this time the slip was lost so we did not take it back. I then went to ameriacn swiss and gave the watch in for repairs and they said six weeks and I will pay again after I had paid for repairs when the watch was on warrenty. I said ok. They called me to say the watch is ready and I sent my daughter to fetch it only to find out that it was never fixed so she paid, but did not take it, she told them that they need to fix it. I thought american swiss sold quality, but a tempo watch that cannot be fixed properly ? Please make me understand why must we pay so much for tempo and then the watch needs to be repaired three times. Should they not have given me a replacement watch?.
I am Utterly disappointed with the service i received from America Swiss at Alberton on 03-09-2016 service was very terrible the was two stuff only one till working we waited for 30 minutes before being attended. This is not the way we should be treated American Swiss isnt cheap and i therefore do not expect such unprofessional service. Want this matter to be escalated to the store Manager and this needs to be addressed asap'

Because I had such a bad customer experience, angry and even cursing the day I took my ring for polishing in American Swiss because it never came back on time as stated and I was not informed and I wanted to use it for the big day. Just to spare you the drama Buhle came for assistance and she deserves a much greater position and I wish everyone had a positive attitude like hers for customer complaints and problem solving. I have not received a box for my wedding band also I has to phone to ask if my ring waa at shop and I have lost my rewards card and have asked if I could replace it as I was told I am going to get a voucher, but when I collected my ring yesterday theyve told me they do not know if I can get a replacement card and i am not going to get a voucher as ive been promised. i bought a mobicell tablet at American Swiss in Wynberg in August 2015. In January 2016 i took the tablet in for repairs as the tablet switchess off from selfs. I recieved my tablet back from repairs after waiting for a month & my tablet were still the after useing it for a few days this time it switchess off & cant go back on again. I took it back to the shop for repairs again yesterday. What steps can i take if my tablet comes from repairs & have the same problem again. According to the terms & conditions is that i can get a replacement within 6 months of purchase if manufacturing fault. Please look into this matter.
Hi, i am very sad and angry about the unfair service i receive on the 26 December 2015 at American Swiss in kempton park festival mall,
I bought two wedding ring for me and my wife. They promise us that they will reduce the size of my wife ring anytime after the wedding cause we had no time to wait because the wedding was going to be on the 27 December 2015. When we go there yesterday 27 January 2016 they change the story and say they cant reduce the ring size because it has diamond hence they didnoy explain to us the day we bought rings. We had argument and finaly left the store brokenhearted. What can we do now with the big ring size that just come out of the finger at anytime. We are heartbroken and since our service delivery was poor and agriesively we are going to sue you lot of millions.
In December 2013 I purchased a Fossil men's watch i no longer have the box or receipt. My watch started giving me trouble last year August so I took it to American Swiss in Somerset mall, I was told it would take three weeks to repair and would cost R700 which I paid as I have no reciept after two months I had not had a phone call or email to collect, I went to the store many times to enquire, the watch was eventually returned unrepaired and I sent it back I then left it with them until December at this point I was very angry and was told it would take another three weeks to get it back, in January on the 20 2016 I collected it again unrepaired. I am fed up it has cost me a lot of time and money with no result. I would appreciate it if this complaint would be dealt with in a proffecional manner unlike the lady's in the shop. My repair number is JC. I am not the type to accept bad service please sort you unfriendly sales people out.
In December 2015 I went to American Swiss, menlyn, next to totalsport. Miss Nthabiseng refused to help me, saying she was busy with other customers, meanwhile she was just standing there leaning against the wall. I asked for the manager who reprimanded her and point blank refused to apologise to me, saying she did nothing wrong and will not apologise for it. I was so shocked at this woman's behavior 'on duty'. No work ethics, no principles and no EQ, whatsoever. I need a formal apology from her and in front of her colleagues, since she did this all infront of them, as if she was trying to prove something to them.
On the 24 July we bought a silver ring at American Swiss (Westgate Mall) Cape Town. It was bought to wear on our wedding day which was on the ten October. On the 14 November we noticed that the ring was fading and it never looked like silver anymore we took it back immediately. The store clerk told my wife she could not take the ring back because the store manager was the only person that could authorize a transaction and she was unavailable that day. I took the ring back on the 21 Nov telling the clerk that I'm unhappy with the ring and I do not want the ring anymore. She gave me the same story about the manager and I said I'm not coming back again and I left the ring at the shop. On the 30 Nov 11h00 they phone back to say the manufacturer said it's due to wear and tear one month old ring. Can someone of American Swiss please intervene or help me as I have been dealing with American Swiss for over 20 years and never had this kind of service at any franchise.

I bought a Fossil watch at American Swiss Woodland in March 2015. It stopped working only two months later. I took it in and it was sent away for a LONG time. When it came back eventually, I was told that everything inside is new now. TODAY it stopped againI am not prepared to sit without a watch for so long again? I bought a silver ring from Riverside Mall, Nelspruit. On the 22June 2015. Within a week the ring got and it gave me a rash took it back 29June the lady said it does that from time to time. And some silver do have traces of nickel which i am allergic a few days later the ring was flippen blue again blikksem it against the wall. Back to the mall, then a week later she called (27 July 2015)me and told me the regional manager said they cant assist me, because of the condition of the ring. I left it at that. because the condition is not in question but the quality of your product. i will never ever buy from any of your outlets. your services are poor and your product quality has gotten weak/bad more like fake. don't want anything, just wanted to raise my voice.
My name is Thabelo Budzwa I would like to complain about the necklace I bought at Americanswiss, I bought it February and now it broke when I take it to the store they told me that they are taking it for quality check then it came back they are saying its my fault the necklace is quality and they cant do anything about it because the guarantee doesn't cover breakages and it doesn't say that on the slip so I do not understand stand how they do things because when we exchange we read what you wrote at the back of the slip and follow it the store that I went to is at Quagga center Pretoria west.
Phoned Ronell (complaints department)today, she is not available and would appreciate anyone contacting me in connection with the watch I purchased my son for Christmas. Seven weeks ago, the internal face of it collapsed and returned it to American Swiss, Vincent Park, East London. Yesterday it finally came back after the seven weeks and inspecting it found that now the inside of the watch face to be milky at the top. Gave it back to the ladies and was given Repair Job Number JC6/Card Number LC2 AGAIN To say the least - THIS IS OFF THE CHARTS PATHETIC that a watchmaker or technician can mess it up and then return it in this condition. And my son is without his watch for three months. To wait another seven weeks is not acceptable and want an immediate refund or be given the same Tempo, which you have in store here. I handed in a fossil watch for repairs and a new strap at the ILANGA BRANCH OF American Swiss IN NELSPRUIT ON 17 APRIL 2015. The jonnumber IS: JC CARDNO: LC3. After not hearing anything and an enquiry i was contacted today with a quote, and told that if accepted they will proceed but cannot tell me when the watch will be received back as the workshop did not receive the strap ordered yet. it has been six weeks before i received a quote. i do not want the watch to be lying around at your workshop any longer and find the service unacceptable.
I wish to forward my complain again about the way American Swiss the Glen. My card needed to be replaced as it didn't swipe anymore. Upon the security questions posed to me, it was said I should submit my proof of residence. The current surname on my documents has changed and everything was submitted to American Swiss. I forwarded my complaint and called the complaints dept. The Glen supervisor called me and promised told me that he was looking into my case and will respond back, but till to date nothing. I have been calling the store no response. This matter has been pending since March. There were wedding rings set aside as I was preparing for my wedding, but never got have the ring. I just feel I have been treated unfairly not to mention badly by that store. I have laid a complained using this forum, but I did not even get a respond. I have send my phone back to American Swiss, Wonderpark-Pretoria because it was not working. Almost three months later, I still did not get my phone back. Every time I call or visit the store I am told that the phone was send for repair a week or two ago. Talk about bad service.
I went to American swiss hartswater to buy white Gold rind,The lady assited me show me the rings telling me it was white gold,i bought one of the rings for the price off 4500,the ring went for resizing I got it back and I put the ring on my finger for 7 days the it changes its colour to bronze,I was so shocked because the lady said to me it was white gold,I took it back to American swiss Vaalmall only to find out the ring is silver,I'm so angry and disappointed cause dat ring was supposed to be my wedding ring,the embarrassment of taking it out,just because I was misled by a stupid worker. Good dayMy name is Veronica. My Fiancé and I bought a phone at American Swiss at Wonderpark, Pretoria on the 3rd of August 2014. It was a Hauwei dual SIM phone. On the 6th of December 2014, the phone just switched off and could not work or charge again. I returned the phone and the store promised to take it for repair again. I was called to pick up the phone on the 22nd of December 2014. I went to pick up the phone and the phone did not switch on, we returned the phone the following day and was told that Vodacare refuses to repair a phone with two SIM card. The store manager also told us that there is nothing she can do. After hours of fighting, the manager agreed to send it back to Vodacare for repair. On the 15th of January we made a follower up and was told that the phone is in the store, but still does not work. They are refusing to replace the phone as per their policy and refuses to give us our money back. We have really received bad service. Veronica.
