You all know this is NOT the Athena website and they cannot see these messages and cannot reset your password, Right.
I love Athena, never seen what you all are talking about. Your system admin can reset you. If you set up a question, and email you can reset it yourself. Call CSC, and they can help you. But do not post things here, its NOT there website
No proper training videos, difficult to understand the changes. IT- Tech suppport takes 50 minutes for them to pick up the call.

I set up an account last week and it said it was successful - today I tried to log in to my account to pick up message from doctor and it will not accept my log-in or password. Give me the correct web address to log in on and what is the problem with my account?.
They promise the moon when you sign up, but deliver nothing. No follow up on complaints, system broken: you can never talk to the person who fixes. Everything is routed through a person who understands nothing: Stonewalls everything: No link to state vaccine registry. Never accept that they make mistakes, Everything is someone else's mistake. Never follows up. Everything has a case file which is marked resolved as soon as it opens. CSC hold time is minimum 30 minutes, then it gets classified as (un) resolved in 30 seconds. Repeat story. Sick and tired. Planning on quitting Athena and moving. These complaints are just tip of the iceberg. Very rude customer service and treat you like you are an ignorant idiot. Even Trump treats his opponents better.

We are a company that are working to build our product over your cloud API's. We have been unable to find a place where we can post our queries regarding the Athena Health cloud API's. Below is the query we have:The security token we pass to the API we currently generate manually, how would this work in real life. If there one security token for a practice. How are users managed (i. E. Patients, doctors). Do all patients in a practice login as a separate user or all are authenticated through the same security token for practice.
