I was treated very rudely and made fun of for my disability by a woman named Lori, a supervisor, at the Mansfield ohio BVM. She would not allow me to get an ohio driver's license even with all my documents. She lied several times to me and would not call the main office in Columbus to verify everything i told her.
Upon or noticing an error on my license I decided to go back to the same Dmv located 4460 Heatherdown blvd :30 am Sept. 08, 2016. I told them i needed to fix an error on my license, after passing them my sscard and my birth certificate they argued there was no mistake. I then told her my name doesn't match either documents you ask for. After finally reading what my sscard says and birth certificate she says"What YOU MEAN CHRITIE AND CHRISTINE. Her tone of voice the entire convo was totally off, i then suggested to speak to someone hire then her after i asked her to fix the problem and not to argue. She throws the paper to be filled out then i guess starts a convo with me finally gets my attention my sayin "so you aint gone answer my question. The the boss comes and say "shes talkn to you answer her" i said she asked me fill papers out i did not hear what she said then they asked me to leave, took my number and threw it away. I asked for Heather last name she refused and said she's the boss.
Unfortunately I have been experiencing hassles since transitioning to an Ohioan. I've been here a little over two years, since switching my Ga license to an Ohio license thus far having hope has become a set back, especially with my license. I was asked why I didn't catch the spelling of my name. The answer is I provided you guys all the documents you asked me to provide proof I am not an alien nor robot, but to say I am proudly American. Maybe things are building up living in Ohio, the slack I've been seeing in the government has by far been insulting to human intelligence. I'm only one person and since I've been here I've had to go back and fix mistakes having hope in attitudes that shouldn't/ should not be. Ohio is very important in the judicial system, but for years there's been a hold, moving as a unit cause of Ohio. Maybe Ohio has it's reason, i do agree time is key. But if we could get more employees/staff members to be more strategic humans maybe the entire nation would be better.
Why will Ohio not issue me a CDL with Hazmat when I have a valid NH CDL with hazmat that is still good for 17 months I can get a Ohio CDL with out hazmat waiting for my finger prints to clear then put the hazmat on I have passed the Ohio test all ready so I will be out of work till my finger prints come back how do a sue the BMV for this?.
I have a NH CDL A HTNM I have to change to an Ohio cdl I have a job delivering propane I have 17 months on the NH license so you would not give my one for a short time so I have to get the Ohio license then get finger prints done I have all ready passed the Ohio hazmat test so I will be out of work for the 2-6 weeks it takes to get the fingerprints back them buy the Ohio license twice now that seems so wrong and no one at the BMV seemed to know anything about it and sent me to the fingerprint place who told me they could not do it.
