Hi for the past half an hour I have been trying to connect an international call, but I'm having no connection from Cent Mobile. No prior message to warn there was going to be a bad connection from Cent Mobile. Customer service number not being manned 24 hours. That's really poor. What if there was an emergency? I'm not satisfied with this development.
I observed an unusual activity on my account which are; -A spontaneous automatic credit recharged of $ ten every ten minutes-I observed a continuous on going call using one of my phone numbers on my account that is not active 2404912652 to 50975587185-A rapid reduction in my account balance as i watched on my account. All theses unauthorized took place 12/03/2015 between the hours of 21:52 to 22:58ET -I immediately took some personal security measures to stop it. Finally i am demanding a refund at this time.

My writing to explain my dissatisfaction about my last purchase of credit. I added $30 of credit and i was expecting $15 of bonus, but did not receive it.
