I want to put a complaint. I am writing to you for the reason that I got a membership with your website and I made a payment plan for your offer about assessments. I selected the option to pay one month only for the value of 39, 90 AUD, and when I checked my bank account debited 159. 13 AUD were taken by your company. It seems unfair, I desire to be refunded of the my money remaining, because I just meant to pay the membership for a month and was not for one year. I have withdrawal approximately 232 $ yesterday, around 9:00 pm ISD, but due to technical error in the PayPal services, the amount was Successfully withdraw from coursehero account (email: , account name- Prof. Mac D). I have talked to the PayPal services, they confirmed that during that period, the transactions were limited.
