Sir/Madame, I have been a Doha Bank client for almost four years now. I have never seen such a deteriorating service both at the call center and with regard to your telephone assistance (call back) service. This culminates when i called many times to inquire about your medical insurance scheme(s). I did try to file an official complaint straight to the CEO (man with a bow), but i was misled by your staff and never got to him.

Please be note that sir, i need only Credit Card and Activated the on the same day. Regarding the LULU Credit Card No: 3614, i like to cancel, same informed to Doha Bank and Customer Care Office. Till date i have not received Confirmation regarding LULU Card Cancellation. I will not bear any money payment regarding LULU Card Cancellation. Because Not applied and Not Activated.
