This is in regards to an order that was placed for (2) items. The order was placed and I didn't receive an email, so I decided to send them an email about the item in question. I wasn't told that this item might take months, the first email that I received stated that the item was available, then I received one telling me that the item might take months. So in the place of that I picked something else, which turned out to be not what I had ordered, but I didn't realize that until I had opened one of the items, its totally not something that I would even wear. I will be reporting this to consumer Affairs, very bad customer service. I feel like if your going to pay for something you should be able to enjoy it, and I'm totally not happy with what I received in the mail.

Hello ordered a wig a week ago haven't heard anything re receipt number etc.
Customer service representative very rude, I was put on hold each time I called for over seven minutes I was calling because money was taken from my account, but I never received the product, I have no choice now, but to file a claim with the BBB and report you people for fraud.
I order my wig on 10/23/14 and I still haven't got tracking number or received my package. I want a refund or I am going to BBB very unprofessional.
I would like to cancel my order because the shipment is the same price as the hair. I mite as will go to the store. So if you can cancel my order i much appreciated it.
