No. I asked a simply overall question of when my account was going to be reactivated online and the rep would not answer my very simple question It is very frustrating to get all the way through every prompt they had, but then to deal with horrible customer service on top of that is completely unnecessary I give them a big fat goose egg 0.

You cannot never get through to speak with a customer rep after you start using your card. They always cut you off purposely. I am going to cancel this card. Useless.
I came across a credit card that has been in my name and sent to my moms address and was activated and maxed out.I can prove i wasn't living at the address nor was i talking to my mom.my mom is the only one who has a key to her mailbox. i can send you my signature you can call my lawyer i had going through a CPS case who can verify i was homeless and the people from the church in Henderson Nevada who used to feed me..i was homeless from march of 2013 till Feb 2014 when i rented a apartment with my boyfriend. so i know it was again my mom who without my permission used my identity and social security number to get that credit card. Please let.me help you and you help me charge and hold the right person accountable so i can hopefully ensure she won't open another credit card under my name and birthday and social security number you can also reach me at my social is 530-98-0450 and my birthday 05-29-1978 please help me i don't do credit cards not since i was 20years old..
