i have bought a phone of hisense at your branch in golden walk. On January 2016, but September 2016 it stopped working i sent it back to your branch because it still on warranty. But till today i have not received my back nor did the hisense collect it for repair i have to call every week to find out. Its almost two months now i do not have a phone, but i am still paying for it, but the service i have been getting is very bad and poor. I am going to post this on hellopeter and also on conmsumer ombusman regarding thiS matter. Because i feel my consumer right have been abused. Its either i get my phone by the end of the week or i get a replacement phone.

I bought earrings late July or early August for R799 at American Swiss, I lost the receipt since I trusted you and did not think i wound encounter any problems. The earrings are damaged and i went to American Swiss in BelaMall where I was helped by the lady called Maria. She told me she will check her admin since i do not have a receipt also that they are within the warranty. It was on the 1st of November, she called said she ccould not find me on her records and she will check further, but so far nothing is being said to me. I feel robbed and cheated cause I am still paying for those earrings. I am paying for something that has no use to me. Never ever gave permission to subscribe me for a MY KITCHEN magazine. How can Foschini do that and looks like it started in Februarie 2016as I do not get statements from Foschini's and only a SMS with my payment due, I did not know about this happening. A friend saw the magazine in my office and she asked me whether I am aware of the fact that I pay for the magazine So I request you to reverse the payments from the month you started sending it to me.
I bought a cellphone at Foschini in church str, pretoria, after two weeks of buying it, it keep switching off, I took the phone back to the shop on the 01/07/2016 for a repair, I was told that I'll get the phone after three weeks, since it will be send to MTN for a repair. On the 04/08/2016 I went to the shop to check for my cell phone, but I was told that it's not back as yet. On the 05/08/2016 I called MTN to enquire about my phone since I was told it's not back as yet, only to find that the phone never reach MTN. MTN advise me to go to the shop to request for the collection number, no body knows anything about collection number, and the lady who assisted me was off-sick. I didn't want to leave until I get an answer, they phoned MTN and was told the same thing that the phone never reached them. The lady check where they put the phone only to find that the phone was still in the store. What if I didn't call MTN.
I have listed due to outstanding amount on my sterna account, due to change of addresses I could not receive letter informing me about my overdues. I have been given a contact details of the agent assigned by Sterns to collect what is due to sterns. The number given to me is . what is going on with Foschini one to one for my SIM swap I spend 8days to get SIM card back functioning, after that bad experience I decided to cancel my airtime contract witch they told me that the network will go off on 17/06/2016, I must phone them. Witch I did when the network disappeared until now today 22/06/2016, I do not have the phone with all my business blocked because I work with the phone while different hospital are phoning me, they cant get hold on of me. What did I do to this company to make my life very difficult like this, I cant change the number because many company's holding this number. Can someone assist me with this big issues witch I am facing with this bad company Foschini one to one. I work from home as a medical person I wait for the call then I attend the hospital it has been 5days now I am in the house and I do not know how am I going to survive without working almost a week.
I still can not get help after calling two times at the tfg customer care and sending two emails, but there is no feedback still. If i can be helped with customer complaints number because this 0219384479 number that was given to me is not working. I bought items from Foschini diamond pavilion, I returned some of the items at Foschini in the cbd, Kimberley and I didn't get my return slip, they sent me back to pavilion. At pavilion they plainly refused to assist me, not even to check the purchase date. I'm stuck with two items that do not fit me, I do not want a refund just to exchange. Substandard customer service from the cashier staff at main pay stations at women clothing section at Foschini Alberton City. Takes ages to pay for purchases no queues as such, just poor service. The cashier so busy chatting to her two colleagues that she could not focus on job at hand. Packs my purchase in packet without removing the grey anti-thief tag. When I asked her for her name she would not give it to me.
Good day, These is to much now, I'm raising a concern about Foschini at Carlton Centre each and every time when we go there want to pay my account we end up leaving the store cause their service no people they drag their feet and behaving as if they are doing us fever as customer, some of us we there during working hours or lunch even when we have knock off at work Thinking maybe by then we will receive attention NO, Starting from Store Manager and some other team members they are really not delivering and not working together if I my suggest please send some one from your leaders to investigate. Good Day, My family and I have been shopping at Foschini stores for years, but never have I ever experienced such disrespect the way I have at Foschini Randburg Square. The staff there (manager included) are unbelievably rudeTo top it off i bought a Kim Kardashian Purfume that was supposed to contain a gift (watch). Needless to say the box did not contain my gift only the purfume. It is a great inconvenience for me as i live far from Randburg and am handled in a disrespectful manner on the rare occasion that I am there. Please see to this as I am now unable to use the purfume that i paid for because of this. Very disappointed to say the least.

Foschini shops at Gateway and Amanzimtoti could not exchange my child's two pairs of shoes bought for Christmas because I lost the slip. I am very disappointed.
I have bought shoes in Foschini menlyn about a month ago. Today is my second time I'm wearing the shoes to work. Now the one shoe is torn. I have gone to Foschini in Brits Mall, as it is where I am working to show them the shoe and ask for it to be exchanged. The manager there refused to exchange for me saying I need to go to Menlyn to exchange because the shoe has got quality issue. I am surprised at this as I believe Foschini stores are one group and if I need any kind of assistance I can get it from any of their stores. As I'm writing to you now, I'm wearing a torn shoe because Foschini brits refused to assist me. I'm very disappointed at the bad service I was given by the manager. She is also telling me about a box that I need to bring with the shoes. How can I bring back the box when the shoe got torn on my way to work. I'm really disappointed in this bad service I received from this store and it's also damaging the image on Foschini as a whole. Please I need feedback on this.
Good day, I am very sorry to use this vocabulary of words, but the Foschini in Durban Smith Street and Pavilion is Truly Rubbish. I sent My watch at pavilion for repairs in September up until Today I haven't received any feed back about My watch, it not the first time experiencing this poor Customer service in Foschini. I have rich to the level where I do not want the Watch Now I want my money back. Enough Said I will call in on Monday Morning.
For two days now i have been treated bad at Fochini Kollonade. The staff is not help full. I tried to pay an account and every time they sent me from counter to counter. Always a problem. Staff on lunch, this still does not take cash, etc and very rude when i query it. They reply that the store manager is not there, it is like that. I am very disappointed as i am a regular client.
