Your Gdex Courier man send wrongly the document to Daisho Food. For the consignment numberte number is 4624618106 and 4670671880 should be send to Swep Malaysia, but your courier man send to Daisho. I think is your despatch man do not know how to read the recipient address properly. These two consignment your man should get the Swep company chop, but he had chop under Daisho. So is wrongly send already. Please get the document back and send back to the correct recipient.

Called the number given thousand times all day since morning till evening. 9am-6pm constantly. No answer at all. Just wasting phone bills on auto answering machine and annoying music. Auto redialed more than 15times straight after been hung-up. Bad attitude malay customer service. 2weeks ago called me there is a letter for me, but no one at home. I went to batu pahat Gdex for 3times to track the letter, but fail. A malay woman ask me dun keep finding the letter since I dun have the number to track, but the person who called me promised me call me back to send me the letter did not give me any information.

Call Help desk at 03-77876677 no one answer the call. In tracking, stated Damansara Perdana is closed on 20th Jul, but today is 21st Jul should be unfortunately nobody answer call. I was expecting my second delivery attempt and it failed again. I saw the "sorry" note at my doorstep again when I was in the house the whole day waiting. Don't your company provide your delivery staff handphones to call before delivery? This is a damn stupid company which I only expect such sickening service from Poslaju, but a regular courier service? Is this what we paid for? Come on.
I had arranged second delivery for my parcel on 18th June and they agreed to sent me the parcel as per agreed date. However, i am waiting from the morning till evening there is no indication of delivery as promised. So i call the customer help desk to query the status, but giving me same status shown in the website and transfer my call to somewhere else and ended up my call being hanged up. After some time i found the status shows no one at home in the occasion i am camping at my house all day long for this purpose. There is no way i did not hear any door knock from the delivery guy. It is frustrated because no one in Gdex can help me to resolve this.

I am so fed up upon your delivery process and services in Perlis area, since your company did not have any branch in Perlis, this would mean, upon failure to delivery, i have to travel one hour journey, to collect my parcel in Alor Setar, Kedah. So what is the purpose i pay for the delivery fees? Since your company didn't have any branch in Perlis area, your delivery men should have make a call or leave any notification upon failure in delivery, and not me keep calling your Kedah branch.
