I purchased a led light show projection sku 1001299157, the lights worked 15 minutes and stopped. It is getting power because it is still swirling. I found another on at Home Depot, actually purchased the Star Wars, star also. At this time we are having the same issue with ALL of them. They all are swirling, but no light. Help please.
Hi, not sure of the name, but it's an inflatable Santa coming out of outhouse. I bought it at Walmart.com well I got it around December 9th I think, well it worked fine the two weeks I used it last year. But when I went and put it up this year it does not inflate. The motor makes a humming sound, but doesn't blow air. So I realize I have had it almost a year. Even though I read it has a one year manufacturing warranty point is it's a Christmas decoration. So really it's only been used about three weeks worth. So I hope you guys will take ownership of the situation this is my 4th inflatable I have bought. I would like to continue buying your products I am happy to send this one back or whatever send pics ect. But I need this taken care of quickly please thanks Chris .
Hi I've sent two other emails on a different website. Not sure who to send this to. Two days ago I purchased a 12 ft snowman holding a candy cane. We spent a lot of money on him as we were in the states on vacation. We are from Thunder Bay Ontario Canada. It was 129. 99 American. Quite expensive with the Canadian exchange. Probably close to 200. 00. We went to put the snowman outside today as we were quite excited. And his face is upside down. I am unable to return this and am very disappointed. Not sure what to do. I've read the return policy, but I am far from where it was purchased. It is not fixable. This is not right that it was packed and sold like this. I hope to hear back from you. Heather Koiranen
