I have a problem, I took out a funeral policy for my parents, in 2013/20140, it lapsed this year 2016, I have been trying because I feel ill and was not working, I went to one of your branches here in KZN in September to renew it and was told to pay R380 to renew it which I did and and after that my monthly installments would pick up again, but since then no payments has been taken from my account to new my policy, I then went to another branch to query about if it has been renewed or not the lady said she can not help me because her supervisor is not at work. I late on called an 0860 number trying to get help, but that number just rang until it hung itself up. I really need to renew this policy as it is the only one I am depending on. Please help me.

I had an insurance which cover my Edcon account. So I lost my job, submitted necessary documents, then at Jet they told me i will get message which update me about my claim. I'm waiting desperately for Hillard to update me about my claim, then on the other hand they said someone talked to me. In fact that made me angry because that was a lie. I just found out today that my premiums have not been collected at my selected bank and I was not notified by Hollard that they have not been receiving premiums.
