My first complaint is that you do not give out a phone number so that I can speak with someone from your customer service. Why is that?
Secondly I haven't been able to send any cards for months because of Adobe Flash. I purchased a two year subscription on Nov. 29, 2015/ expiring in Jan. Of 2018. I am very frustrated. I love your product to send and I've been the recipient of many cards for quite a few years, but it has become a real hassle. And I see I am not the only dissatisfied and frustrated customer. I was logged on, followed your steps to renewing and when attempting to complete the process by making a payment it does not go any further in the process. I have not received any confirmation or e-mail stating you've process my request. Therefore I do not expect any charges made to any of my credit card services. Your site does not provide good solutions to getting this resolved even though there is a section to get help. It doesn't provide help needed to complete transaction.
