I have renewed it with you and get the free Seaside Advent calendar. I did not get the activation notice, but see the number in my order history. I have downloaded the Adobe Air, Have Windows 8. one and using Google chrome. My Antivirus must be working as I can open any e-card from you and see the sample of the advent calendar. Mostly, I am computer illiterate and need your help to be able to open/download the Calendar. I have tried two times to my desktop. Please, can you call me and work me through it? .

Hi Jacquie Lawson cards. Over the past couple of months I have found it impossible to view Jacquie Lawson cards as I'm told that I need Flash player. I have Flash player, I've always had Flash player - it was installed with other software when I first got this PC. Adobe is set to update to new versions automatically and Flash player is enabled in all its iterations. No idea what's happened, but I do not seem to be alone. I feel quite miffed that my subscription now appears to be useless. HELP.

My first complaint is that you do not give out a phone number so that I can speak with someone from your customer service. Why is that?
Secondly I haven't been able to send any cards for months because of Adobe Flash. I purchased a two year subscription on Nov. 29, 2015/ expiring in Jan. Of 2018. I am very frustrated. Why did it tell me that my membership was expired months before it actually did. It would not allow me to send cards, then I get an email asking me to renew because my membership was expiring at the beginning of March. No I do not wish to renew and then get cheated out of months. I can understand why you do not leave a contact on your website. I do not know why you need a photo, but the thing does not work anyway. I tried it several times.

I was logged on, followed your steps to renewing and when attempting to complete the process by making a payment it does not go any further in the process. I have not received any confirmation or e-mail stating you've process my request. Therefore I do not expect any charges made to any of my credit card services. Your site does not provide good solutions to getting this resolved even though there is a section to get help. It doesn't provide help needed to complete transaction. I am still getting e-mails from you and notices of new cards. So are you in business or closing down your site. If so. Then you need to notify your customers.
