I have been buying Judith's jewelry from QVC for over ten years. I have given her pieces as gifts as well. The last three items I received had the boxes crushed. I cannot give a piece of JR jewelry in a crushed box The packaging they are shipped in is NOT protective enough to keep it from getting crushed. Now unfortunately I must also say that the quality of the boxes has gotten a bit cheap. Everything used to come in an impressive hard flip open box, not anymore. Also they shipped in a box, not a soft bubble envelope. I have complained to QVC already, but felt the necessity to let you know too, as Judith's jewelry is too beautiful to come in a bad box. QVC is supposed to send me new boxes, but I am not hopeful how they will come. Thank you for your time. Just wanted you to be aware. Happy Holidays.
I have repeatedly and unSuccessfully attempted, via emails and phone calls, to have a question answered about a J. R. Necklace I recently purchased on QVC. I was repeatedly ping ponged back and forth, each company stating they were unable to respond. In the QVC TV demo, the words J. Ripka spoke herself during the necklace presentation, were that the 14K gold clad tassel necklace would never tarnish or fade and would last a lifetime and be handed down to future generations. After ordering, I researched the definition of "gold clad". It is a synonym for gold plated and aside from the pressure application process, it is the same thing. Gold plated jewelry can tarnish over time. I own many solid 14K pieces, and I realize this necklace is not that. However, if the claim that the "gold clad" finish will never tarnish is untrue, then I want to know immediately, since I have only 30 days to return it to QVC. Thanks.
I really resent the fact that no one will get back to me. I purchased a Judith Ripka watch two years ago, (with floating heart and crystals), and now I can not get the battery replaced. I took it to a watch shop and to Weisfields, and they say they can not get the back off. I have emailed the recommended repair (), and no one will even bother to acknowledge me. I love this watch, and I paid a decent price for it. I didn't buy it as a disposable item. PLEASE ADVISE.
Unable to remove the back for battery replacement, where do i send the watch, paid over $300.
I have a Judith Ripka watch purchased from QVC. I cannot find a jeweler that can remove the back and replace the battery.

A friend has a pair of gold byzantine ear wires with single diamond in each that she bought about 20 years ago. She says she talked to you and you still have the mold, as she wants ap air of platinum ones. The look almost like Constantino ear wires. Her name is terry lera. I would like to buy a pair of the gold earwires. Can you give me a price. The ear wires are very delicate-looking with a design around the diamond. Sandy palmquist.

I have bought many of your pieces from QVC. One of the cuff hinges broke. I emailed customer service and called several times since I need it repaired. I left two messages on Danielle's voice machine. No response from either the website or Danielle. It's not good business policy to ignore your customers.
I have a gold chronograph watch, I am looking for an extra link for it. Can you please advise me as to where I can find one?
Hello, I have a necklace that has lost it's luster on the clasp and around the stone. I spoke with a sales person at Bloomingdales and she said I need to send it to you to be dipped in the silver again. Please advise. Thank you, Despina Yphantides.
