Hi, I bought new iPad and installed kakaotalk to give my phone number and email address which I provided same number with my phone. After that with the sign" you have another connection with this number you only use one phone number. And had to verified every time I want to use so I unregistered. I was going to reregistered, but I couldn't. Is ther any way to recover the account or I can not use kakaotalk talk permanently?.

Hi, I am having a problem with my kakaotalk account. I have recently changed my phone from a Samsung to an iPhone. I had an account I was using on my Samsung and I tried to sign on with my iPhone, but I got a notice stating that my account has been suspended and that I needed to contact the kakaotalk customer service. I have tried emailing them about my issue and haven't yet received a response. I've never had this problem before and I'm not so sure what to do. When I first downloaded the kakaotalk app on my iPhone it let me sign on (but I wasn't able to use it because it was suspended), but I accidentally deleted the app and I redownloaded it and when I tried to sign on again it wasn't allowing me to. Is there a way to fix this problem?
