I would like to report three different instances where the flight experience for the passengers was terrible and unacceptable for a major airline such as Kuwait Airways. Please see details on the attached screenshot. The reference numbers for the three reservations are as follows:

Hi, This is R. Padia, My mother will be flying through kuwait airways in May booking reference number I73MDB. I called the customer service on and to get her a seat reserved. She recently fractured her leg and travelling with my 20 month old baby, so I requested the representative to give her a seat with bassinet so she has enough space for the baby and herself. But the representatives are very rude, instead of trying to understand the problem they start arguing and gave me a regular seat which barely has any space. I tried calling at three different timings, but all the representatives are same RUDE. I would really appreciate if someone can contact me and help resolve the issue.

This is Rikta Luna, My mother, Anowara Begum flew on 21 March with the flight ku 0102 (JFK-LHR). My mother took a handful of gifts and jewellery and dollars as she is visiting my sister. Unfortunately, after reaching her destination she finds out all her expensive gifts are missing from her bag, which includes, $800. 00, two Ingicta Watches, around 50 grams of 22k. Indian gold. The tag number of the bag is KU 833164. I went to the airport to report the stolen stuff, but the airline agents are not there yet.

I called Kuwait airlines last week regarding a missing item- and to get someone in lost and found, but its been four days and no one has called me back or even had the courtesy to email me back. I am very disappointed in Kuwait airlines.
Let me preface with my experience in flying 200 intercontinental flights in the past 30 years, over a variety of airlines. Kuwait Airways was selected by mistake due to the last minute need to fly for a funeral. The service from this airline is simply disgusting. The airline staff are now used and accustomed to the complaints that they laugh it off knowingly on board. Yes the plane is old, the seat doesn't work. The seats wont recline, when they do they are stuck. The tray tables are snapped, so you have to hold your tray of food poisoning. This becomes a blessing in disguise when it would be more beneficial to spill the contents onto the carpet, then ingest the raw chicken. If there is anyone out there who has heard back from this airline, please inform on twitterRegards.
Hopefully you decided against selecting this airline. Zero customer service, the ostrich approach to complaints. Food poisining guaranteed, ancient aircraft which the wright brothers would have second thoughts on riding.

I have booked flights to new york with kuwait airways, however after reading the negative comments on various websites i am very concerned about the quality of the planes and customer care. I am reading about the dirty toilet facilities and unfriendly staff, damaged seating and lack of entertainment systems working.
Would you please give me your comments on the many many dissatisfied customers
