I am really dissatisfied with MTS speed and technical support, I never faced from other networks like this. I brought MTS two Weeks back and activated in the same day. But i noticed it is very poor in speed. I just getting only 10KB to 50KB speed some times less than 10kb also. I called many times to customer care 9150955955, but no use, and i received call from technician he ask me to download something when i am downloading he disconnected the call after that no response. Is this your service and support? Please find the attached network and speed screens.
I am very disappointed that your customer care service is not at all helping me to resolve my problem regarding slow speed of my MTS data card. I did not use the card regularly as i have different WiFi connections in the customer place. I would have used hardly an hour in the initial connection. I paid RS 248 or so and recharged in a Reliance shop near Injambakkam Bus stand ECR Road, who had recharge facility. My data card is not working even after recharging. Of course i rarely use it. Now when i want to meet the recharging shop it is closed for quite some time as understood from the medical shop, next to the shop in which i recharged.
