I have tried sending emails to find out where I can send my Michael Kors bag to get the strap buckle attachment fixed and have not even had so much as an acknowledgement of my query
With a worldwide brand it beggars belief the Uk customer services is so rubbish. The screw holding the buckle on has fallen out and the bag therefore cannot be used. Please can you assist.

I am writing in respect of a hand bag i purchased for my wife some weeks ago from Harrods in London as a surprise. It was purchased on the 25th May 2016 and she was away in Spain and returned two weeks ago. Whilst she loved the bag, within the first few days the MK disc fell out of the disc holder. This bag coat me £285. 00 and I feel this should not happen to a bag with such quality. I am not able to get back to Harrods for some time now and wanted to know if you can suggest any other option. I have a watch which is less that a year old and it started going discoloured after a couple of months, now it looks completely grey, from what was a pretty shade of pink. Bought MK Fulton Moc Flat Leather Slip On Shoes on 15th Nov 2015 from House of Fraser store in London. Only within three months of use, the sides of the sole has worn out. I have tired getting them repaired, but the shoe repair services cannot repair these. I had previously contacted House of Fraser customer services (via Kurt Geiger as they run the concession in House of Fraser) who have asked me to get in touch with MK directly. The shoes as sold on the website mention they are 'ideal for cross town errands and hectic city commute'. I only really used the shoes for office wear. I was not expecting a £110 shoe to wear off in less than three months. I want to either replace these for another shoes or look at the option of a refund. Kindly help with the same. Regards.

I purchased one of your large jet setter handbags about one year and six months ago, a couple of months back one of the straps snapped away where the buckle attaches I know. I just tried calling your UK customer service number and it was cut off. My daughter has had a watch for two years without a problem. It stopped working a week ago. I took it to a watch shop thinking it was the battery, but it is not. I was told a part next to the date appears to have detached itself and is now attached to the arm hand. My boyfriend bought me a Michael Kors watch as a Christmas gift, I love my watch, but unfortunately I required to have the strap adjusted. I took my watch to the brand new Aberdeen store where the sales assistant told me as the watch was bought online they couldn't remove the link I found this really strange and the lady told me that wherever the watch was purchased was where the adjustment had to be made. I wasn't going to return the watch so had to pay £9 from a different jewellery shop to have the strap adjusted. I am only on the minimum wage and as the watch cost a lot of money I feel that all Michael Kors shops should remove links as it is there product. I bought a hand bag from Michael Kors in March this year and just after using once, I noticed a scratch and immediately got in touch with MK. Unfortunately MK could not replace the hand bag as it was " MANUFACTURER'S FAULT". The handbag costed £345. 00. I was very disappointed to say the least. MK decided to send £50 gift card as a good gesture, now MK products aren't cheap and I will have to spent a bit more on MK products, not very keen especially after the experience I went through. The problem at the moment is, I am finding it extremely hard to speak to someone to have this same gift card activated. I am being passed on from department to department. Can anyone help.

Good afternoon. I felt I had to make a comment after I visited your Bristol store today. My daughter had asked for a Micheal Kors bag for Christmas so I went to the store today to look at the bags she had indicated. When I entered the store I noticed a number of assistants, during the time I browsed around looking for the bags my daughter had mentioned at no time did any member of staff approach me and ask if I needed assistance. Now I know I may not look like a multi millionaire, but when one of the staff proceeded to look me up and down and then turn away I decided to leave. Suffice to say my daughter WILL NOT be getting a Micheal Kors bag I will not be going back to the store I will find her something from another supplier where I do not feel I am treated with contempt due to my age and I guess not being dressed in an acceptable fashion.

Good Day, I received a geniune Michael Kors watch in December 2014 as I have been hounding my husband for it. After the first six months of receiving the watch i was unhappy that the colour was changing so I contacted the place where we purchased it and they said as it was over six months I would need to contact MK directly. After leaving it for another four months as i couldn't be bothered to find somewhere that i could take my watch into. Now much to my disappointment the links to my strap just come apart and has happened on two occasions where i am lucky to not have lost my watch. Hello and I'm sorry I have to email you in this manner, but I am very disappointed and discussed the way your Michael kors store at York outlet treated my wife while her visit there she bought one of your bags and while the sales assistant was serving my wife she noticed that the two sales people were talking together at the bag they was selling my wife then they just sold the bag in question and my wife thought nothing of it paid and left while she w\s having lunch she opened the bag and was looking at it, but was shocked to see the bag didn't look new it looked like it was a return and been used so she returned the bag they changed it, but they was no apologies no nothing this is disgraceful for such a high profile company to do this to there customers I am really thinking of reporting this to a higher source plus I cant send a picture the bag in question has been returned.

This item being the Rose Gold Plated Stone Set Stretch Bead Bracelet. I have had to replace this item not once, not twice, but three times now and i am going to have to replace it again very very soon. The product is beautiful, but the quality is terrible. Each time I've replaced the item its been due to the dis colour of the beads and because of the elastic either snapping or about to snap. It is an absolute disgrace that this phone case has actually caused damage to my iPhone six by removing some of the gold around the edge I have never let the phone fall so therefore I am certain that it was the phone case that has caused this damage. In case you are not already aware, this phone cost me nearly £600 and I would have assumed that a big designer store such as yours would have had goods only of the best quality. I visited your new store today (6 Sept)at Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth. I picked a bag and waited in the queue for 20 mins. Some people left, others not happy. I asked to see the manager who explained she was from another shop, didn't give her name. She was rude and said that she could see there was a queue and talking to me meant that she could not serve people Surely she should have noticed the queue before I asked to speak to her and done something about it. I suggested that watch alterations should be in a separate part away from the three tills. Crazy service and very rude. Your products are good, but not the shopping experience. Hi I visited New York in December and brought a lovely Michael kors bag from 42nd street Michael kors. I paid $248 so it wasn't exactly cheap and I have just noticed that the gold colour on the zip of my handbag is actually coming off? I'm very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for my hand bag and I would like something to be done about this? I also brought another bag when I was there and this one is perfect no colour is coming off or anything? Is this a fault in the bag that I have brought? I look forward to hearing from you. HelloI brought my daughter a Michael Kors watch for Christmas, it stopped working in March. We thought it was the battery, but it turns out to be mechanical. After three months at 279 pounds I expected an exchange, the guy at the watch station was very rude and the floor manager in the house of Frazer was very helpful, but could not do anything as not part of the watch station. I bought a Yellow Gold Bracelet from Goldsmiths in Aberdeen and took out separate insurance. I bought this bracelet in December 2014. I have worn this bracelet no more than 5/6 times. I am extremely disappointed with this item as it has broke three times and the customer service I have received is nothing less than absolutely shocking. I am not happy with the level of service nor my 'QUALITY' BRACELET. I will have no hesitation in taking this complaint further if need to. I would like some feedback from Michael Kors as I have numerous items from his range as do my family.

I bought a MK watch at goldsmith, liverpool1 and unfortunately the strap was little big. I took it to the MK branch of liverpool1 and i was asked to go to the particular goldsmith shop to adjust it. I found it was not logical and why i was sent back. Poor customer service and i doubt the sales girls were also not aware of how to do it. Disappointing branch and will never visit again. I purchased a bracelet for my granddaughter''s prom. It was conditional on my wearing it on a cruise. The bracelet, MKJ silver bangle 37200265 damaged my evening dress being that one side of the bracelet was smooth and the other like a rough file. The item purchased from Goldsmiths for £135 examined the bracelet and tested it on the lining of a jacket. This action not only supported my claim, but clearly identified that the item was seriously faulty. My £150 evening dress is damaged, my granddaughters image of Michael Kors is damaged and the bracelet was a hazard to anyone who came in to contact with it. In short one extremely Disappointed Michael Kors customer.

My kids bought me a Michael kors bracelet the one like a watch strap in silver for mothers day I wore it for the first day and to my horror realise it was gone from wrist I was wondering if you have any complaints about this type of bracelets about catch on them. I recently bought a pair of Fulton harness tall rain boots style 40f3fhfb6q from Selfridges within the Trafford centre Manchester. This product was bought on 05/01/215 at 11:17. Since buying this product I have worn the boots no more than half a dozen times, within this time the material on the inside of both boots around the heel are has torn and come away from the rubber of the boot. And secondly the harness on the right boot which hold the Michael kors badge in place has broken due to the gold stud falling out. After spending money on a pair of well known designer boots I would expect them to have lasted a lot longer. I would be happy to here from you in the near future thank you.

Hello, I live in the UK and a month ago I bought a Michael Kors watch at a MK shop in Las Vegas, US. Once I got back to the UK and gave the watch to my wife, we noticed it was not working. We brought it to a MK shop in the UK and they said it wasn't a problem of battery, but rather that I was given a broken watch, which never worked. On 9th January 2015 I went in the newcastle upon tyne store to purchase the large florence satchel retail price £345, but was in sale clearly marked with a sticker 50% reduction. The bag was in black or white. The man and woman who served me, Anton and Naomi told me the cost was half of £345 and took me to the till to pay where upon another assistant said no the black bag had only a 20% reduction even though Anton was stood with the actual 50% reduction sticker from the actual bag. I was stood there not being included in the conversation and then duly charged £276 for the bag not half price. I left with a very weak apology from Anton and Naomi and no apology from the 3rd assistant. In my retail experience I was always led to believe the price on the product is the price you re sale of goods act. Please could into this and reply to my complaint as soon as possible. My wife is a MK fan and owns a variety of boots, handbags, clothing and jewellery. While on holiday in Florida October 2014 she bought interlocking rings in the MK shop in Florida Mall and paid cash. The ring has only been worn about three times and is no longer wearable as the decorative "stones" are falling out of it. See photograph. Unfortunately she cannot find the receipt as proof of purchase, but as you can imagine, she is really disappointed with this purchase. Please advise. Robin.

If you buy a MK Watch, just note that its the retailer, who will try and help you, if the watch is faulty. MK will do nothing. I purchased a MK watch for my daughter from Germany and it is not working. MK washed their hands saying go back to the retailer, who said no problem wait six weeks for a battery to be fitted. MK it seems is not a global brand and I feel cheated having spent several thousand Euros with them to be treated like this. Next time I will just buy a cheap Fosil watch, which is exactly what a MK watch is.

Hi I brought a pair of Michael kors shoes from the house of Fraser branch, on the 27th of January, I have a faulty pair because one of the shoe is showing black and blue threading, and has a gap, I went back into to store to let the, know with my proof of that I brought it, because they should last as they are Michael kors, but the manger just told me there's nothing she can do and I need to buy another pair, I am quite upset as a previous college to me to get proof of a receipt and come back and we get that sorted for me, I spent a lot of money on these I want something back.
