I got a phone in and I had to retrn it. That was on March 5th and I still have not received anothe one. I have called at least 50 times and they have told me at least five times it was in the mail. They lied. I still do not have a phone. This has become a very stressfl thing. I am 65 on a fixed income and cant affford another phone. My nmber s 3252052207. Please do something abot this as I really need my phone.
I am a customer. my number is . i have not been able to use the phone for over three weeks. net ten customer service. Philippines is the worst ever. i was sent a sim card. and spent several hours. that's right several hours and several days. phone still does not work. please issue a credit for lack of service until phone starts to work.
OVER A MONTH PUTTING UP WITH POOR SERVICE, MISTAKES, DOUBLE BILLING AND YES, POOR UNDRSTANDING OF WHATEVER LANGUAGE THEY'RE TRYING TO USE ATTEMPTING COMMUNICATIONS WITH A US 'ENGLISH' LANGUAGE SPEAKING PERSON. CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE CORPORATION IS TOLERATING THE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE ARE ALREADY LOWER PRICED ENGLISH SPEAKING SERVICES I.E. REPUBLIC WIRELESS OUT OF NORTH CAROLINA THAT WILL TAKE MARKET SHARE CONSIDERING NET ten IS 25% HIGHER IN PRICE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I-NET FEEDBACK.....JUST LOOK!
