I had previously my complaint regarding my loan application request. Your customer Service Rep Ms. Fatima Saleem, did not evaluate my worthiness correctly and my application was held for 20 days, and thereafter the illiterate staff called me from time to time giving various reasons for delay, and after passage of considerable time I have received no message or call. This is the service standard of this bank. It would have been better if my request had been rejected during the initial process. At least I would have applied from another bank. There are lots of Banks who give many attractive rates and time of processing is also minimum. I have applied for loan from another bank, but the kind of service this bank is giving to its customers is disgusting. I will also narrate this in news paper, so to aware the customers. I had applied for loan for Rs150, 000/-, last Week, first Ms Fatima Saleem, customer service officer evaluated me Income on phone and latter asked for Salary Slip. After evaluating she confirmed me that i qualify for the required amount. Now, after passage of one week i received twice calls from loan department first they told me i qualify for rupees 80, 000/= and today on 30. 03. 2015 at 8. 30 p. M i received a call from your loan dept asking me i qualify for rupees 100, 000/-. Its like they are making a fun call. Is this your Banks reliability? Anyway, I cancel the deal immediately. But the loss i will have to bear and above all my dignity. If the same they would have correctly evaluated that i could have approached other bank easily. I feel pity on your unprofessional-ism. On 19th March I had applied for finance for rupees 150, 000/=. I had provided all the required documents which were mandatory required by your bank. One week after applying I got a call from your loan department that i do not qualify for the amount i requested. I call back to the customer service representative Ms Fatima Saleem and asked why she did not evaluate DSR correctly, She said she will call me in this regard within ten minutes, but I again I call her and inquired regarding my case and she told me that the loan dept did not include the fuel amount which does not reflect in Salary slip, but is directly deposited in salary account. Now inspite of passage of considerable time i am not being informed the current status of my request. Will anyone take the responsibility of this attitude of your concerned staff and mental agony I have to pass.
