Company refused to give information to a home owner about a product they sell and I own. I have a CMF 100-PO Down flow Fuel Oil Furnace and I wanted to know the HP and RPM of the blower motor and they told me I had to have a contractors license for the information. Last time I purchase any Nortec product.

I have a heat pump Nordyne I connected the thermostat by the diagram on the unit and the reversing valve is operation back work. R- to 42 volts
W to w1, Y to Y1, blue to common, Orange to B/O. When I turn on for cooling the reversing valve is on heat. Why. Do I have to do something g with the Condenser circuit board.

I have a Frigidaire FG7TC060dvb unit that is currently works as long as there is no power surges. As soon as it rains or a power surge occurs, the ECM three AMP FUSE blows. I can here the unit wanting to start after the surge, but it never does. The unit was installed less than a year ago. I have run out of options.
I just replaced a thermo expansion valve in my Nordyne air conditioner ser. GBD09062124 and now they said a need a coil. The recommendation is to get another unit because the coil is expensive. Could you please give me an estimate on how much the coil might be.

I had this unit put in 2014. I have had the same problem with it and the service provider who put it in has no idea what the issue is or how to fix it. This furnace will start up the blower for the exhaust then you here the burner startup and will run until the fan starts. After about 15 to 20 seconds the burner turns off and the thing goes into the cool down. When everything turns off it kicks off again. If I go down and open the panel with the lights the unit will work correctly. If I set my thermostat to continuous on for the blower the burner will not even startup. The lights say lockout. I own an "Intertherm" brand of gas fireplace and I am trying to tract down a manual for it. There is no visible model number on the fireplace. I went to the Intertherm website to attempt to compare models with what I have, however I see that they now only sell furnaces, and the brand is owned by Nordyne. It was installed in 2005. I had a Nordyne model M1MB 077A BW furnace installed on 26 Dec 2012. Every time it starts the gas valve opens, closes and opens three times. The installing company has replaced the gas valve and computer module three times, but the problem continues. They have tried to contact you a number of times, but each time they were left on hold for extremely long periods of time and have never gotten through. I would like this problem solved and would appreciate your help on this. Thank you for your help.
This is not a complaint. I have a Nordyne, ModM1MB 056A BW, SN M1A1A50203237 in my recently purchased mobile home. It really works fantastic heating my new home, but have a couple of questions. I noticed there is no traditional air filter, just a green pad 19''X28''. Seems way more porous than any filters I've ever used in the past. It looks like dust particles would easily pass right through it. 1) Can/should I replace this with a store-bought filter? 2) If not, where do I get green pads like this if/when it ever needs replacing? Also it makes a rather loud click/clunk type sound inside every time it kicks on. Never heard a furnace make that kind of sound every time it starts up. 3) Is this normal?.

The furnace keeps heating with or without thermostat hooked up. This has happened twice and woke up when temperature reached 88 degrees. Had to shut off at main circuit breaker.
They gave me a ticket number for when their tech support calls back after being on hold for 15 minutes. This is the third time today i have called to get tech support. Sucks when you have a customer with no heat in the winter time.
Purchased unit in 2010, have had multiple breakdowns and at least five parts replaced, This product is inherently flawed and unreliable. Would like the unit replaced.

my serial number:FGD081008279...my furnace was installed August 2011, this is the second time it has broken down, first time the installer Rob Leenhouts from Maximum Plumbing and Heating, replaced I believe the igniter. Back in April this year the furnace just started blowing cold air. Called Rob a few times, never heard back.. now that it is winter I have tried calling him again, but no call back.
