Dear PortraitsI had a picture taken at Jefferson Pointe in Fort Wayne of my granddaughter on October 14th at ten p. M. The picture is too dark you cannot see it when it is on the wall I really noticed my daughter had my grandson's picture taken a week later with the same background. I had asked the doctor if it could be like she said yes, but when printed was not all I want is the picture lightened up with another package. Thank you Donna Sauer .
I went to Portrait Innovations for my babys first pictures, they really was not the best. So I ordered the package deal, I was offered the canvas picture or a three picture pose. I took the canvas BUT I was told it would be the spring background. As the package I got was a tan background. Well when I went to pick up the picture about ten days later, it was the tan background. I was lied too, as I would of got the three picture pose if I knew that. This is my first time here. I an very unsatisfied, as I could of went somewhere else to get my babys first pictures. I felt deceived as I was given false information. When I called all they could do was apologize, well that is not fixing the mistake. I will not be going back to Portrait Innovations unless I am taken care of. I am a very unhappy customer.
Yes i was just there on friday the 11 th and the photos went well, but i did not get my email to show my photos and another thing the add has on it that you could get any three backgrounds you want, but the girl only let me pick two and she put the one in that i bought was not happy about that. I do not get the photo yet.
Yes my name is Karen Frazier i had portraits made for Christmas at the store in Anderson S. C. I got the calendars in my package i got a call saying i could come pick them up. Well then i gotvthe flu and did not get there to get them. So then i get a nasty call saying i needed to come pick them up or they would be returned. That office needs to be more respectful. I will never go back to the Anderson store again. But is there a way i could get my calendars that i payed for. Thank you. Karen Frazier.
I took my son to the Merrillville Indiana location mainly because of the coupon being offered (56 pictures for $19. 99) I planned on ordering other pictures, but was going to use the special picture to send out with graduation invitations. When I got there I was told that I could not use the coupon because he had just turned 18. Why would his being 18 disqualify him from using the coupon? I was told if there was another person in the photo I could use it or if I had gone the previous month when he was 17 he could use it. This makes no sense. I not only didn't order the amount of pictures that I had planned on, but am going elsewhere for the rest of my photos. I feel like this was some sort of bait and switch tactic and I do not appreciate businesses that participate in this sort of scheme.
I went in to Portrait Innovations Sunday morning got family Christmas pictures. After purchasing the $99 package the manager at Greenwood Park Mall location, her name is Monica, slid my bank card for someone else's order $234, she then said she reversed it and said she would pay for my package, two business days later 12/15/15 it is still not in the bank, I called the bank and they said it was not reversed. I took my girls to get there pictures taken everything was fine until I picked up the pictures. My order was wrong when i called it seem like they did not care. I had to go back the next day to get other copies made when they put my disc in to make the copies they were not my pictures at all. It took them about 20-30 minutes to find my photo's. I had to pay an additional $89. 00 for the photo's. I told them I will pick them up on my brake. I was never called. They told me they would be done in 15 min. When I called back they told me they would not be done today. Ok it would have been nice if they told me the printer broke, but no instead i was lied too. I really do not like how this situation was handled. I would like some kind of reimbursement. This is now Tues and no one has called me to tell me if my photo's are done. When my husband or myself call none answer the phone or its busy. My phone number is .

Me and my family two daughters and two grand kids two and four years old. Drove from Elizabeth City N. C. Had six pm appointment was told nine families was ahead of me. Rude no respect for others and very unprofessional. Why accept appointments when you can not meet the demands. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR PLACE AGAIN.
I am sitting at you Pittsburgh location on Washington Road. I had an appointment at 240pm. They are clearly overbooked and it is utter mayhem. They can care less at how everyone's schedules are thrown off people make appointments for reasons I understand being behind, but this is hours behind it is ridiculous The staff is acting as if this is our problem. I'm disgusted. If I didn't get my children all dressed up and they were excited about getting their picture taken I would have left. Understand people will not come back being treated as if they are doing us a favor. There are plenty of other studios. I am completely appalled.
Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 3:10 PM, I had an appointment with two grandsons at the Springfield, Illinois Portrait Innovations Store. My grandsons live in Springfield, Illinois and I live in Bloomington, Illinois. I will never go back to the Springfield, Illinois store ever again. I opened my packet and only received 36 of the 52 portrait collection pictures. Where were the others? I also noticed a big mark (it was on the Christmas scenery) on some of the pictures, and it ruined the pictures, as this is where your eye goes immediately, which diminishes the pictures This was on the scenery, backgroundI did not get all my collection, plus, I was not happy with the scenes (colors, backgrounds) that the representative used and because of that, I had to discard most pictures, but now, I am returning all of them. To my disappointment, this is the only time I will be able to have my grandchildren BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
My appt at the Harker Heights TX studio was at 950 i arrived at 900. They was a child taking pics. They said they were glad we were early. We sat down to take pic and they made us get up because someone drove up that MAY be late. 25 minutes later they started taking their pic. Ours could have already been done while us and the three employees waited for them to get out of car then go into restroom. One girl kept calling to remind people of their appts instead if taking care of customer that was there. Now it is almost time for our appt, but OF COURSE they are running late because we wasted 25 minutes waiting for the 900 appt to get there at 925. Not very good customer service or time management. Not my first time here, but may be my last. Used the Webster TX studio once and they were great. .
I had an appointment yesterday to have pictures taken of my 3 month old Son. After about 15 pictures had been taken he began getting fussy, I told the photographer that he was done. They kept on taking pics after I had said my Son has had enough. On three different occasions they almost let my baby fall onto the floor. When reviewing the pictures and I told them I only wanted what came with the coupon they became instantly rude. They made me feel horrible for not spending $200. When paying my husband gave them the coupon which was $12.99 after looking at our receipt we were charged $19.99. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I will NEVER go back to your business!!
I had an appointment today at 11:30 and would have had to wait for about two hours I had a coupon and they would not let me reschedule using the coupon I had. What is the purpose of having an appointment. I work on in retail space it's about customer satisfaction and they did not give or try to give. I was very disappointed with my experience.
