This email is to complaint regarding the poor service provided in post office kapit, sarawak. EH079761955MY. I cant recall the exact date i post out the document. But i did check the document was arrived on 20th June 2016 yet the workers did not pass the document to the receiver. I did ask my mum to check on this matter, but end up to be scolded as she did not bring the tracking no? Please do something on this matter. This is the 2nd time my parcel were late delivered. I have send document to JB on 1st March 2016, but up to day receiver haven't receive. I have send poslaju. But they requested to wait until 21/03/2016 which is impossible for me to wait. Therefore, i decide to complain to NCCC. Up to day i haven' t receive feedback and received email that mailbox are full.
I've been waiting for two packages to be delivered to me since 8/3/2016. Until today 10/3/2016 still nothing. The packages was posted on 7/3/2016 from KL. I am in Damansara Utama. I checked the tracking system, it was stated unsuccessful delivery on 8/3/2016. I called the customer service and was told the delivery was not done due to heavy rain. I told them I want the packages before 5pm on 9/3/2016. I waited like no body's business. After 9pm I checked the tracking system, unsuccessful delivery at 6:59pm. Delivery should be made in the morning since the driver cannot deliver day before, but still follows his route and ended up in Damansara Utama late evening. Why is your service slower than snail. Maybe you should consider putting the snail as Poslaju logo. If we do not need something urgently. Might as well we use the normal post. Hi, Tracking number :EN085749857MYAs per information from pos laju tracking page. Our parcel was unsuccessful to deliver on 28th January 2016, 2:31pm. Herewith the cctv screenshot that the postman did not appear at the doorstep on the specified time. All the while, this postman who deliver around Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang had bad attitude while he is on duty. He never ring the doorbell of the recipient house. (We are not sure whether this is the culture of PosLaju service. Do you expect the recipient can hear or aware the arrival of postman?)We had request him to ring the doorbell on next delivery, but he just ignore us. From our previous cctv record (for few delivery), we can see him arrive at our doorstep without ringing the doorbell and drop the notification paper in the mail box. Terrible service. I order thing from kuching 11jan2016 they send out until today 14jan2016 I haven't received my thing. Poslaju didn't call me and tell me what has happened to my thing.
I had received a very bad services from POS LAJU JOHOR BAHRU LARKIN OUTLET. My parcel delivered on six Jan 2016, but the delivery was unsuccessful as the destination is apartment. However the delivery man didn’t contact the receiver Also, we tried to call the pos laju larkin outlet many times, but nobody answer. I am really frustrated about this case. Hotline is used for contact the customer service concern about the parcel issues, anyway the hotline is really useless for us because the customer service never answer I hope the outlet can improve this case for more convenient.

I am seeking to lodge a complaint that the parcel sent by me, on Dec 23, from Seremban to PosLaju Limbang is badly damaged. The package contained baby products which have been received in a shocking condition. The outer wrappings were torn and inner contents were soiled. It seems the package was tampered with by some one who ripped it open and pour in water. Since the items in the package are for sale and these have been rendered so soiled that it is absolutely out of question to sell them.

I am very very disappointed about Poslaju services. I purposely travel back to Kuala Lumpur to send an urgent documents to Penang. The parcel is send on 12 Dec 2015, but after five days, I called the kiosk and informed that the parcel still not picking and remain at the kiosk. Requested for second delivery on Oct 02, but failed again. I am waiting for the postman call from 9am till 6pm, still did not receive the call on that day. After clarified with customer care, postman called at 1pm, but recipient not received call. Please allow for third delivery as recipient really did not receive call on Oct 02, its unfair to the recipient and its defeat the purpose of doing second delivery. Item No : EN039400225MY.
On Sep 29, I'd requested for second delivery. According to customer care, I suppose to receive the item on Oct 02. However, I did not receive any call and item from Post Laju on that day. After called customer care to clarify on the failure of second delivery, customer care given reason that the postman called my mobile phone for several time, but no one pick up. I checked back my receive phone tracking list, I did not receive any miss call on Oct 02. When i requested for third delivery, the customer care denied as this is not their usual practice to send third delivery. This is unfair to the recipient because the recipient did not receive any call on Oct two during second delivery. Please investigate and improve the communication way between recipient and postman to reduce the rate of failure delivery in future.

I had been staying at home for whole day long, but I didn't receive any pos laju postman press my door bell. When 4pm, I was going out for personal purpose, I saw a post laju (fail selling letter)inside my pox box. It put together with ordinary post stack of letter inside my postbox. But it didn't write that wat time they received my house and they didn't leave the contact number. I suspect that your employee didn't walk up to my house (as my house was at third floor), then they directly put it inside my letter box (as the letter box was at first floor). I'm writing this complaint letter is because this is not the first time happen this kind of cases to me. So I truly hope tat you (pos laju customer service) can take serious action on those employee. Service sucks. I received my item more than one week than the supposed date. I check my status my item is from Bangi to the poslaju puchong. Then the item went back to Bangi. I asked why my item was send back to Bangi, they said that the address is not complete, i need to call puchong to confirm my address. THen puchong command me to call bangi. Then Bangi ask to call puchong. Then puchong ask to call bangi. What the worst service ever. Pos Laju telephone should be burn bcoz damn hard to pick up the phone. Then had one women pos laju puchong settle it for me. The rider very lazy to come up. When he the one that deliver my item he will call me to go down.
