Faxes not coming through once again, customers get busy signal. Once again no one responds to a ticket, Your customer service and response time if any is by far some of the worst service I have ever had. Will look into your competitors if you guys do not get it together soon.
Some time subsequent to December 2015 I stopped receiving faxes in my email inbox (see below). My email provider is AOL (it started out as Compuserve way back when) and I have sent the better part of today almost literally bouncing back and forth between Rapidfax customer support and AOL customer support each say that the problem was on the other end. The last (seemingly cogent) advise I received from AOL was that Rapidfax had to logon to postmaster. Aol.com and request that "" be added to what they called the "Whitelist" so that "stuff" received from that quarter would not be blocked, but would be sent on to the email address shown below. I have been unsuccessful in "convincing" any CSR at Rapidfax to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
