I am one of the daily traveling passenger. Railway passenger using Beach fast/CGl EMU. I am employed in a private concern and i have to report for duty before 10. A. M. As a regular passenger, i am facing extreme hardship due to much delay and erratic change of fast to local especially in the morning hours. Preference is given only to the Tirumalpur fast EMU which is over crowded and could not be boarded. Due to the frequent delay in reaching the beach station by the 7. 40 and 8. 05 a. M cgl fast EMU, i have to loose attendance and consequently salary cut there are so many people like me suffering daily. It is therefore requested that your good office to give immediate instruction to maintain the schedule timings giving equal preference to CGL /Beach EMU. Regards,

I have booked tatkal tickets (PNR number- 4424852680) for myself, my dad and my brother on 15. 10. 2016 for journey on 16. 10. 2016 from secunderabad to Chennai. Total amount spend for booking is rupees 4156 and transaction fee of rupees 74. 82 was also charged. On final preparation of chart our PNR number still showed waiting list only and we travelled by bus from secunderabad to Chennai on same day. Now refund amount of rupees 3915 only credited to my account with reversal transaction fee of rupees 70. 47. Now there is a difference of amount 245. 35 which need to be credited to my account. Kindly let me know why this amount not credited when i did not travel via train.

I heard from news paper that from October 2015 onwards news coaches will come to force for the train 12623/12624 with the German technology. We travelers are eagerly waiting for the new coaches, because for the past few years we are struggling with the jerking and old uncleaned coaches. For me and wife to go to Kerala on 14th July 2015, I booked a third AC tatkal ticket through irctc. co.in. At the time of booking, the ticket was in waiting list. But after chart preparation, partial confirmation occurred. So we could not go in that train. As per the IRCTC refund rules, I came to know that wait-listed ticket will be cancelled automatically and the amount will be refunded to the account. Since there is an option to file the TDR for partial confirmation, I just filed a TDR also. But even after one month, the amount is not returned back to the account and the status was showing as 'CR registered' in booked ticket history. Now what happened is, the entry itself is removed from the booked ticket history. I have been traveling in the local train from Chengelpattu to Menambakkam during Saturdays and Sundays and some of the week days during afternoon time ie. Around 1'o clock or 2'o clock. Totally there are five ticket counters in Chengelpattu junction. Most of the time only one ticket counter is actively function, especially on sundays. Today, (05. 07. 2015)sunday, at one o' clock, there was a long que standing in a single counter, many of them could not able to get the ticket in time, as a result, in a hurry to get a train, a 35-year old woman, and her two young daughters were trying to caught the running train. Almost they could have got struck in the train track, but fortunately, they have been saved by the passengers. I request the railway department to take immediate and necessary action, to arrange atleast three to four ticket counters to function at all the times. So that we can avoid such a dangerous action to held in future. Thank you, .
