I have been Tide Pods for quite a while. However, I have recently started having problems with the pod dissolving and heaving a sticky residue on my clothes. It is not until after they have been dried that it is noticed and then they have to soaked in warm water and rewashed. This is very frustrating and has caused alot of double washing. I was bought the box of three bags that equal 120 pods from a wholesale store, Sams or Cosco, and was wonder if you have had other problems reported about this as well. I prefer the pods over liquid because it is easier and not as messy. Unfortunately it looks as though I am going to go back to liquid. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done about this problem.
I love it nothing to said bad about this product I love the way my white clothes look after I wash it with tide.
Tide Pods do not melt I have ruined numerous items at this point and want to know why you have a product on the market that you must know is defective I want to hear from you and I want to know what you will do to make this right Attached is a picture of one of the many articles of clothing I have had to deal with. It is like glue.
Hello, I had purchased some Tide Pods as I have done many times before and to much of my surprise I went to do my laundry and there was a still residue on my clothes after washing I do love your product, but this was discouraging.
This is the second time l have washed my blacks with Tide Pods and when the load was done my black pants have white streaks on them and l had to wash them a second time which was a waste of time and money.
We have been using your Tide Pods and have been having a lot of problems with them not dissolving. We have been taking our clothes out of the washer and found residue on the clothing. This requires us to re-wash. Certainly this is not normal.
I have been on hold for more than thirty minutes with no one acknowledging my call what so ever. I find it hard to believe the line is that busy. I called because Tide Pods ruined my clothes. I would like to know if washing them again with out soap will get the stains left by the pods out.

We have purchased Tide Pods. We have been tide Pod users for many year now. The last batch I bought has manage to ruin three pairs of Jockey underwear (which they aren't cheap to buy) and a blanket that was made for me from a loved one. We are not satisfied with the Pods we had to switch do to the amount of cloths that are being ruined. We are not satisfied and we are very disappointed because we loved the Tide Pods. I'm not sure if you have changed the batch, but you lost two people because of it. My next thing I'd like to know is how do I get this left over Tide Pod residue out of the blanket and underwear. Thanks.
I purchased a 59 count of Tide Pods and most of them were broken and.
I used Tide Pods in my front loading machine and it caused the water to back up into the detergent compartment. This causes damage to my house as the laundry is on 2nd floor. There is no warning on box about not using these in compartment. You never put detergent in the drum of front loader. I would like to know how P and G is going to compensate me for the damage done to my home.
I purchased Tide Pods, and I love them. But I have one problem. I washed them exactly how the package tells me, and I take my clothes out every time after washing them with the Tide Pods and the plastic is literally stuck to my clothes. Is there anything you can do? If you have ever bought a north face, (which I spend $104 on) you'd know how annoying that would be to try and wash something clean, and now it's ruined. I also noticed them on my scrub pants, which are Cherokee, which are EXPENSIVE. Anything to show you are customer oriented would be appreciated. I just do not know what to do. Phone 6088225584. Email email works best.

Hello, I just started using Tide Pods in my HE front loader. Once the wash was completed, I put the clothes in the dryer as I normally do. Once completed, I noticed that the pod hadn't completely dissolved and ruin my husband's shirt. It was melted solid to the shirt and very difficult to take off. I am disappointed that this happened as it was an expensive shirt. I've attached a photo. Thank you.
I am sick. I used Tide Pods on a brand new Cinch
Cinch L/S Mens Solid Fine Weave Shirt 10320020WHT and it came out with stains on it. Since there was no other clothes or items in the load, I know it was from the pods. I had never used them before. I looked online to see what I should do, and nothing helped. I would be happy to send a picture of my brand new shirt. We were going to a national finals competition and I had no time to go shop for another shirt before we flew out, since we live 45 miles from the closest town. Some of the online remedies told me of products to use to take out the stain, again I couldn't use them being where we live, but who would think you would put soap in tht stains clothes. What do you plan to do about this? I tried sending a picture, but your site won't accept it.
Using Tide Pods laundry store, happy with results. Recently the pod attached to a white shirt during the wash cycle. Tried using a hotniron to remove after it hung dry. Any suggestions. Pod was placed in drum per instructions. Thanks.
I'm writing to inform you that I have recently bought a big package of Tide Pods and these are all I have used in a long time This recent batch will not dissolve in my washer(the same washer ive had). I am just wondering if I need to switch to something else--is anyone having this problem? What can I do about this? Thank You for your time In this matter.
