Hi On ten May 2016 I purchased an Invisible Shield Glass screen protector for my new iPhone 6s from my local Sainsbury's store. I installed the protector on to my phone and logged in to the Zagg website to create an account and register my purchase and warranty, and received an email confirming my account set up. Now, only five weeks on, I have a problem with the protector - it is starting to come "unglued" from the screen and so I have a large "bubble" at the top of the screen, which is gradually increasing in size. I have attached a photo showing the problem. I tried to log in to the warranty replacement tool on your website, but my account does not appear to be recognised. Can you please look into this and advise me as to how I can receive a replacement under warranty?

Hi There, I have ZAGG invisible Shield screen protector for HTC ONE (since Oct 2013). At purchase I wat told that product has a lifetime warranty. Product bubbled shortly after instalment and got progressively worse. Looking now for warranty replacement -, but customer service number seems faulty (18007009244)I registered the product (/ Zagg.com/eu/en_eu) and when I hit replacement It appears that I will have to pay for postage 3. 99 EUR plus probably the cost of returning the original damaged invisishield. I live in Ireland - how can I make this simple?thank you.
I tried to order Zagg Key Folio for IPad mini on-line, but cannot proceed because I have to enter a State in the checkout page, while this is not common in the Netherlands and several possible options were not accepted
Pleased advice how to solve.
