I got confused by your site when I decided to try coins for $6 after I clicked "done". Before transaction I was expecting to see the bill and asking confirmation. I was very upset, but there was no way on the site to cancel the incorrect amount and I did not see any terms and conditions when I decided to buy coins (not like when you subscribe). Please get back to me as soon as possible. I never intended to buy that many coins.
I inform Customer Service that someone else had access my account. They did not reply; they just cancelled my account. I can not access it and I still have most of the six month subscription outstanding. I am looking for a refund of the outstanding time.

I need help with canceling subscription I think. I went to cancel subscription in the app, but I logged back on today to check it was canceled and it said next renewal is in February which means it has processed another six months. I do not give permission for that payment I pressed cancel subscription so it should be canceled It is too early to see if it has come up on my credit card. But I have a bad feeling it has. What can I do? Is there something else I have to do to unsubscribe? It should be simple as pressing cancel subscription like I did.
